14-Day Guided Travel Experience

  • Accommodation: 3- to 4-star hotel in Tokyo (exact location to be confirmed)

    Shared airport transfer (Limousine Bus or private shuttle)

    Check-in at a modern 3-star hotel in central Tokyo

    Light local stroll or optional early evening hanami walk

  • Morning cherry blossom walk in Ueno Park or Sumida River Park

    Afternoon Japanese cooking class (icebreaker activity)

    Evening group sake tasting experience at a local brewery or curated venue

    Sunset visit to Tokyo Skytree for panoramic views over the city

    Evening self-guided hanami walk near hotel (Shinjuku Gyoen or Sumida River)

  • Check out of Tokyo hotel in the morning and travel by train to Hakone.

    Visit Naraya Café and enjoy onsen town highlights.

    Check in to a Hakone onsen villa for your overnight stay. Spend the afternoon and evening unwinding in the hot spring baths and relaxing in the tranquil setting.

    Dinner on your own. 

    Reminder: Please be packed before bed or in the morning, as we will check out before leaving for the Mt. Fuji excursion the next day.

  • Check out of your Hakone accommodation in the morning — luggage will travel with you as you continue on to Kyoto after the tour.

    Full-day guided excursion: Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station, Oshino Hakkai, and Lake Kawaguchiko. Traditional Japanese lunch included.

    Evening Shinkansen transfer from Odawara Station to Kyoto. Hotel check-in upon arrival.

    ⚠️ Note: This is a long day with early departure and late arrival in Kyoto. Packing tip: Be fully packed before leaving the onsen on Day 5. You’ll collect your luggage when departing the accommodation and continue straight to the train station for the evening Shinkansen to Kyoto.

    Free evening in Gion for geisha spotting and dinner

  • Small-group day trip to Nara

    Visit Nara Deer Park, Todai-ji Temple, and Mt. Yoshino for cherry blossoms.

    Return to Kyoto by evening

  • Travel: Local train from Kyoto to Kobe (~1 hour, direct route)

    Visit Ikuta Shrine and stroll through Harborland

    Teppanyaki-style meal featuring authentic Kobe beef

    Evening travel to Kobe from Kyoto (~1 hour)

  • Travel: Day trip from Kyoto to Osaka by local train (~30–45 mins)

    No hotel change — return to Kyoto in the evening
